Starting at 7:00am on June 11, 2025 the following roads will be closed and all street parking

and or driveway access will be prohibited for 24 hours.

Ryan I Condominiums & Park Square Condominiums:

• Merseyside Drive

  • Lancashire Drive to end of Merseyside Drive will be completed.

  • From Intersection of Lancashire Drive & Margraf Circle to intersection of Lancashire Drive & Merseyside Drive

Ryan I Condominiums:

• Rear of Lancashire Drive & Eastbourne Drive

• Rear of Potomac Club Parkway & Eastbourne Drive

Potomac Club Condominiums (PULTE):

• Crossfield Way

• Greywing Street
