June 2, 2025 Sealcoat Notice

Starting at 7:00am on June 2, 2025 the following roads will be closed and all street parking and or driveway access will be prohibited for 24 hours.

Merseyside Drive:

• Merseyside Drive from Lancashire Drive to Torbay Way.

Regents Park Drive:

• Regents Park Drive from Merseyside Dr to Leicestershire Street.

Kensington Park Drive:

• Kensington Park Drive from Merseyside Drive to Leicestershire Street.

Portion of Leicestershire Street:

• A portion of Leicestershire Street from the Enclave Apartments main entrance to their garage entrance.

Gate # 3 - Potomac Branch

• Starting at 7:00am on June 2, 2025 a portion of the entrance roads to Gate # 3 on Potomac Branch Drive will be closed for 24 hours. Entrance and exit through the gate will still be permitted.
