June 6th Sealcoat Road Closure

Starting at 7:00am on June 6, 2025 the following roads will be closed and all street parking

and or driveway access will be prohibited for 24 hours.

Brighton Way:

• All of Brighton Way will be treated on this day from Torbay Way to Merseyside Drive.

Leicestershire Street:

• The small portion of Leicestershire Street at the top of Torbay way used for ingress and egress of the apartment parking garage.

Merseyside Drive:

• The small potion of Merseyside Drive from Brighton Way/Abbottsbury Way to the Rear Access of Potomac Club Parkway will be treated on this day.

• Rear Access of a small portion of Merseyside Drive will be treated (off Brighton Way)

Torbay Way

• All Torbay Way will be treated on this day.

Brookmoor Lane:

• The remaining section of Brookmoor Lane will be treated on this day.

Carthage Drive & Highbourne Drive:

• The remaining half of both Carthage Drive Highbourne Drive will be completed on

this day.

Oberlin (Rear Access):

• The rear access streets for Oberlin will all be treated on this day.
