Starting at 7:00am on June 9, 2025 the following roads will be closed and all street parking
and or driveway access will be prohibited for 24 hours.
Ryan I Condominiums
Eastbourne Drive:
Most of Eastbourne Drive will be completed.
All of the Rear Access along the retaining wall will be completed on this day.
The Rear Access and Access for Sheffield Hill Way Residents connected to Eastbourne Drive will be completed on this day.
The Residences at Potomac Club Kew Gardens Drive:
All of Kew Gardens Drive will be completed on June 9, 2025.
Leicestershire Street (Rear Access):
The Rear Access Street for Leicestershire and Kew Garden Units will be completed on June 9, 2025.
