Sealcoat Project

The sealcoat project started off last week week on Tuesday, May 20, 2025, but unfortunately Days 2 & 3 of work so far have been cancelled due to weather conditions. Management will provide updates as soon as we are able with regards to delays and other items pertaining to this project and the schedule.

Prince William County School Transportation:

As many parents in the community may have noticed in the planned schedule the road closures have the potential to impact the school bus schedule fairly significantly. Management has finally spoken with PWCS and their Transportation team has our schedule and map and will be devising a plan to move forward. Once they have a plan they will either let us know or provide that directly to you as the parents, or both. We will inform the community as soon as we are able.

We would like to thank Joquita Wheeler for letting her school and the Transportation office that we had been trying to reach out to them.

Next Scheduled Areas:

Official notice has not been received from Dominion Paving and Sealing, however, management has doubts that the Yellow areas scheduled for Friday, May 30, 2025 will be able to take place. We will let the community know as soon as we are able, but for now please plan for the Yellow areas on the map and pictured below to be closed at 7:00am on Friday, May 30, 2025 until 7:00am Saturday, May 31, 2025.
