About Us

Potomac Club Owners Association (PCOA) is a Large Scale, Gated Community located in Woodbridge, Virginia. We are conveniently located close the Stone Bridge Shopping Center with Shops, Groceries, Dining and more as well as the Woodbridge VRE Station, the new Park an Ride parking garage located on Opitz Boulevard and Potomac Center Boulevard, and Potomac Mills Shopping Center.

PCOA has three entrances to its gated community, two with personnel to assist our residents and their guests with entering the community & one residents only entrance. PCOA is host to 1,242 residential units as well as an apartment complex on site.

 

Under the Virginia Resale Disclosure Act, it is required by state law that Homeowners selling their home provide a resale disclosure package to the buyer. This package provides the HOA's rules and regulations, covenants and resale inspections reports/findings, and additional required documents per the Act and the HOA's Governing Documents.

Because PCOA is comprised of a Master Homeowner's Association and five Sub Condominium Associations, it is required that a disclosure package be provided for both PCOA and whichever Condominium Association the unit belongs to. PCOA's Resale Disclosure Package can be ordered through HomeWise Docs, which is a third party provider utilized by PCOA and their management company Barkan Management Company.

The Clubroom is a private event space located upstairs in the Clubhouse that can host up to 100 people. It’s perfect for gatherings, celebrations, or meetings. Residents can rent the space by submitting a rental application along with the rental fee and security deposit. Event insurance must be provided ten (10) days prior to the event.
