Could someone please share the email address for the architectural committee? I’ve searched the entire site but haven’t been able to find a contact person. I submitted an architectural request for the same storm door that another home has, which was approved for them but denied for me.
Thank you for your reply. I am now asking for the schedule for the architectural committee so that I may attend the next meeting. I am also requesting a complete listing of all members of the committee as they are appointed by the board and this is public information for community members.. Please use this as my formal books and records request for all meetings and emails and decisions regarding my application. I'd also like to point out that my denial through the Barkan portal is not in compliance with the 2024 design guideline amendment.

Good afternoon PCOA!
Just a reminder that the Sealcoat Works kicks off tomorrow. Attached is detailed information and an image of the two sections of the community that will be worked on, please see below for areas being closed off for 24 hours.
Potomac Club Parkway - From Route 1 to the second parking lot access, including the parking lot.
Crossfield Way - From the intersection of Cadbury Way & Crossfield Way to the intersection of Crossfield Way & Potomac Branch Drive.
This includes the rear alleys/private streets, but does not include asphalt driveways.
All street parking and driveway access for these sections will be prohibited for 24 hours starting at 7:00am to allow for the sealcoat to appropriately dry and cure. Dominion Paving & Sealing will wait as long as they can, but to prevent delays to the projects, any vehicles parked on the street in these locations is…

Hello PCOA Residents,
Please find attached the Map & Schedule for the Sealcoat Project starting next week.
Starting next week on May 20, 2025, Dominion Paving & Sealing will begin the Sealcoat portion of the Asphalt Repairs Project approved in April’s Board of Director’s Meeting. This process will include shutting down large sections of the community’s roads, shutting down gate entrances and block off street parking for 24 hours at a time.
You will note that the work is being performed on an every-other-day schedule. This is to reduce traffic restrictions and not block sections of road back to back. Additionally, roadblocks put in place at 7:00am on the day or work will not be removed until 7:00am the following day (this is subject to change if the sealant is not dry enough for regular traffic), so they wanted to provide a day in between each work day.
